Anurag Maloo, the 34-year-old Indian climber, who embarked on a mission to conquer all 14 peaks above 8,000 meters, was reported missing while descending Nepal's formidable Mount Annapurna. However, a recent update brings a mix of relief and concern as Anurag has been found alive but in critical condition. The climber fell from an altitude of 6,000 meters during his descent on April 17. The rescue team, led by Chhang Dawa and comprising six Sherpa climbers, located him in a crevasse, emphasizing the challenging nature of Mount Annapurna , the tenth-highest mountain globally, known for its difficulty level in summiting.
